  • Historic properties with or without landmark status are eligible
  • Typical risks include historic sites and museums, hotels, theatres, places of worship, and historic real estate
  • Unique to this coverage is historical replacement cost which contractually guarantees to repair or replace with same materials (when available), workmanship, and architectural features as the original building
  • General liability, liquor liability, special events coverage, auto, umbrella, volunteer accident coverage, and workers’ compensation can be included
