Claims can be reported by phone 800.526.4352, fax 312.756.3022, or email FNPClaims@firstnonprofit.com.
Acknowledgments are faxed to producers within 1 business day. A member of our Claims team will contact an insured within 1 business day of first report. We maintain open lines of communication and keep the insured fully informed until the claim is resolved. Witnesses are contacted generally within 2 business days.

Emergency Claims Reporting Service
We provide a dedicated telephone hotline to package, auto, and umbrella policyholders and their producers to report losses after business hours and during weekends. This service is available to all PAU insureds regardless of premium amount or geographic location.
Incidents to be reported via this hotline include:
- First-party property claims where expected damage is $100,000 or greater
- Bodily injury claims that cause death, brain injury, hearing loss, paraplegia, loss of eye sight, amputation, or catastrophic injury
By calling this emergency after-hours hotline (ph 855.667.0501), insureds and producers can take immediate action on claims that occur late at night, on holidays, and during weekends.
Once contacted, First Nonprofit® will dispatch an adjustor to the claim immediately. For reported claims that do not meet the after-hours emergency criteria, a Claims Representative will be notified the following business day and the incident handled in our usual efficient, courteous fashion, but treated as a non-emergency.
