Personal Attendant Care Program
In 2008 we established the Personal Attendant Care (PAC) Program to insure the workers’ compensation exposure of physically handicapped individuals who hire personal attendants to work in their homes. Various states provide for the funding of personal attendants through a number of nonprofit organizations throughout their respective states. These nonprofits act as fiscal agents of the physically handicapped individuals. This program is available in Pennsylvania and Delaware only.
